It depends on what you are doing. There is nothing immediately near the ship at the pier. But apparently there is a free shuttle from the ship to the city. If you are taking the train to or from Rome, pick up what you need as you go through the town. Or just take a trip from the ship to the town and then back to the ship. The shuttle bus leaves and drops off passengers from the ships at the Michelangelo Fortress, a large stone fortress inside the port area. From there, you walk to town, which is about ten minutes.

Hi There,

 

In the building that Princess us there is nothing there is a vending machine but thats all, the building next door I think it used more by Costa used to have a small shop for T shirts etc.

 

Better buy what you need before entering the docks.
