Toto2Kansas Posted June 26, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 26, 2009 Is there anywhere inside or near the terminal to buy cans of soda to bring onboard? I didn't see any place near the pier to purchase anything. Sorry!

Marque Posted June 27, 2009 #4 Share Posted June 27, 2009 It depends on what you are doing. There is nothing immediately near the ship at the pier. But apparently there is a free shuttle from the ship to the city. If you are taking the train to or from Rome, pick up what you need as you go through the town. Or just take a trip from the ship to the town and then back to the ship. The shuttle bus leaves and drops off passengers from the ships at the Michelangelo Fortress, a large stone fortress inside the port area. From there, you walk to town, which is about ten minutes. FLACRUISER99 Posted June 28, 2009 #9 Share Posted June 28, 2009 The Town is only a short walk from the Port entrance (1/2 mile). A Taxi driver should easily be able to get you what you want.
