Help with Miami Hotel

Hi there:) I'm trying to find a way to book a decent hotel in miami for a reasonable price 1/29-1/30 before heading on our cruise. Can anyone give me some pointers. Everything seems just so overly expensive for that time. Thanks in advance for your kind responses.

The most inexpensive hotels will be those near the airport. But if you'll be in the area for a full day, you wouldn't want to miss seeing things of interest in the beach area. So you'll need to pay cab fares.

 

You are looking during peak sesason. Prices will be high. And if there is something going on in the area, even higher.

 

Research hotels mentioned here and good luck.

 

Tough to tell you more as we don't know your budget, what your plans are while in the area etc.

thanks so much for your reply. We were actually kicking around the idea of staying in FLL overnight as it is most likely cheaper and then shuttle into the Port of Miami the following day. We'd really like to keep it under $150 if we could:)
