Question on SB Sapphire

We have some questions about the Sapphire.

1. Where is the best public viewing place for College Fjord and Glacier Bay?

2. When is the Alaska BBQ held and what does it consist of?

3. Is hot chocolate readily available on cruising days and is it free - not just at breakfast?

Best viewing spot? I'm partial to the section of Promenade on Deck 8, but spent most of my time in Glacier Bay (NB and SB) on 14 and 15, near the forward pool bar.

 

The BBQ was held the afternoon of the Ketchikan port call. There were crab cakes, shrimp-and-halibut skewers, salmon fillet, gumbo, reindeer chili and grilled halibut and salmon sandwiches.

 

I have no idea about the hot chocolate; it was 70+ on deck for our Glacier Bay calls - I was looking for cool beverages.

Is the BBQ held on the Sapphire while the ship is docked in Ketchikan? Is it during lunchtime?
