Never been to Coral World so I can't help you out.

However, I noticed your also sailing on the Serenade 2/12/2005.

There are several of us posting on the roll call board for this sailing. Please come join us. We are planning to meet for a drink once onboard the ship.

If we use Godfreys Tour and get off at Coki Beach, is it walkable over to Coral World? Also, is there much "shade" available at Coki Beach? Unfortunately, DH doesn't care to roast himself as I do.

Coki Beach and Coral World are in the same spot, so definately easy to walk between the two, perhaps a 1 minute walk :-).

For those of you who have been to Coral World, how is it? Is it better to take the ship excursion or is it an easy taxi ride, or how is Godfrey Tours? Cruising March on Zuiderdam.

We did the sea trek helmet diving excursion thru carnival which takes place at coral world. the taxi ride was about 10 minutes as i remember. our tour did the diving in 2 groups so we had time to walk around and see coral world while the other group was participating in the sea trek--it took about 45 minutes-1 hour to see all of it. Some people in our group walked over to coki beach and went swimming while we waited for the tour guide to return. if you were just interested in coral world/coki beach, i think it would be just as easy to take a taxi on your own.
