If you go with with one of the main St.Petes tour company,they get the visa for you at no extra cost to you.

Company recommended (Alla-tours). Used by friends one month ago. Very flexible with the locations/timings. They will arrange visas. http://www.alla-tours.com has detailed itineraries. Cost variable depending on numbers - would like 6 if possible, but costs very competitive compared to ship arrangements/tours.
