Canaletto on amsterdam

We tried this recently and loved it! At first I wasn't expecting much as it is really just a modified section of the Lido, but it was great. Usual Italian style entrees like veal and chicken marsala. The seafood linguine was great. Service was wonderful. We went 2 nights in a row even though we weren't sure we wanted Italian food again, but we had been disappointed in the Dining Room service and Canaletto was such a treat! Tiramisu was fantastic (like real Italians make).

Orignally there were seven different menus announced. How often are they changing them now?

On our sailing I asked the Maitre d' if the menu changes, and he said no. It was the same on both nights we dined there.

Why is it free when you got the dinning room to eat in.

Canaletto expands the choices and options for dining... Adding an additional no pay option, by mostly using existing hardware is a great idea and has been received well.

Bring it on!!! We all love choice!!!
