I travel to Buenos Aires a couple of times every year, just returned three weeks ago. I always stay at the Inter-Continental Hotel Downtown, and stay on their Executive Floor. Rooms on this floor are very large by B/A Hotel standards. Their service is outstanding free food, drinks and an excellent Hot Breakfast. They can help you w/any Buenos Aries Tours and recommendations of places to visit and where to shop. This Hotel is only a few blocks from the Famous Floreda Shopping district.

Their is an excellent Steak House (Estilo Campo) about a 5 minute Cab ride from the Hotel. Try their T-Bone Steak, you won't be disapointed. Salad, Baked Potatoe, and veggies, Bottle of GOOD Malbec Wine, after dinner Cheese Plate w/ a bottle of Desert Wine for Two people right underneath $100.00 US for the two of you. Their food and Service equal the best Steak Hoouses in the US. Go before 9:00 PM. it will fill up quickly after 9:00 PM as this is the time the locals go out to eat in the evening. DO NOT venture our in the Downtown streets of B/A by yourselfs, ALWAYS use a Taxi
