Wondering what best shopping, excursion or just a recommendation might be? We are sailing on January 15th. Anniversary on the 18th, in GC.

 

Grand Cayman? Stingrays?

 

Cozumel? We are pretty sure we are going to Paradise Beach, read many wonderful reviews!!

 

Key West? Absolutely going to Sloppy Joe's and most likely Hog's Breath!! Sunset Mallory Square, nothing better, tin cup chalise!!

 

Can it take along time to debark in Key West?

Hi Cindy,

 

we just returned yesterday from same cruise,

we booked the stingray trip through Captain Marvin - $34 each. It was wonderful and we will do it again if the opportunity arises.

This co uses a Catamaran which was so much nicer than a few of the other boats we saw going to the sand bar that day.

We headed straight for Paradise beach - well worth it.

Am going to write a review of the whole trip now.

Two of the best bars to visit are the Schooner Wharf Bar and Captain Tony;s (the original Sloppy Joe;s). Hurry to Schooner Wharf and you can hear the last set of Michael McCloud, who is what Jimmy Buffett would have become if he had stayed in Key West 35 years. Captain Tony;s is near Sloppy Joes. The Schooner is a little up from Mallory Square.

 

Enjoy Paradise Beach. It was one of the highlights of our cruise in November.

I second Captain Tony's! Bring business cards if you have them. The walls are covered with them. Sloppy Joe's is a must too. Great bands playing in there. A trip to Margaritaville is worth the Mango Margarita they serve!
