When Boarding the Miracle ?

My family has always enjoyed going to the restaurant for lunch when we first board instead of the crowd on Lido deck. I have not read in any reviews of anyone doing this. Does anyone know is the restaurant open for lunch when you first board the ship? thanks

I know on our recent NCL cruises the dining room was open for lunch. Clearly, they try and steer passengers to the buffet.

I think lunch in the dining room is a wonderful treat right after you board, and the lido buffet is not.

Last fall, it was not.

We sailed the Miracle last November. I remember wandering around the ship right after boarding and stopping by the restaurant to check out our table assignment. It was closed but we were able to walk in and locate our table number. I believe both levels were closed.

It had to be before 1:00 because I remember I was still dragging around my carry-on bag. We weren't allowed to get into our cabins till about 1:00 .

Of course that's no guarantee of how they are doing things now.

Still the same.. we were on just over a month ago... I think they hold staff meetings in the dining room...
