Snorkeling in Belize

Seems the place to do it since there's the reef. Is that better if you're going to snorkel somewhere (Costa maya, cozumel or belize) vs. lamanai safari thing that everyone seems to love??

 

Also, is Coral Breeze the best for the snorkeling?
