Sofitel Melbourne on Collins Street

Hey everyone!

 

Has anyone stayed at the Sofitel Melbourne hotel on Collins street? Spending a week there soon and would like some input. Good location for walking?

Haven't stayed there for ages - it is top end of Collins Street with trams and Parliament station close so is easy to get around if you do not want to walk. The other week we were in about the same location in Flinders St for a couple of days - walked to the Art Gallery for and up to the museum. It is easy walking. Enjoy Melbourne - it is a great city.
