Call in Europe

Wondering if anyone has had problems dealing with this company, which provides a service for phone calls to, and from, Europe? My experience has been that they are not very customer-friendly.

I've been very happy with their service. bought the phone and sim card in 2008 and used it for a month in Europe. used the same phone for a month this year. no advance payment. minutes you use are billed to your credit card. least expensive rates in Europe compared to Verizon, Mobal etc.
