open bar?? does it really mean you dont pay for the drinks.

i know the friends i have here on the board will be gentle with me and explain the ''' open bar ''' to me . i am interested in the mayan tour with beach break threw carnival. but the open bar part kind of puzzles me. does it really mean i wont have to pay for a nice cold beer while i am at the beach :confused:. thanks for any info.

you guys are right that i made a major oooopppps. i havent been to mexico before and it just blew right over me that corona is the beer of mexico. so corona it will be. here at home i go by my budget and taste and do drink a miller lite. taste good to me. but i just hope i can get enough corona to make the day a real goooooddddd time :D thanks for the correction .
