Can we do a stingray tour in about 2 hours?

We arrive in GC on 1/6/05 on Star Princess. We are in port at 12:00pm, but we have an onboard wedding at 5:00pm. So we need to back on our ship no later then 4:00pm. So assuming it will take an hour to get onto the island, can we do a tour to stingray sandbar or city in about 2.5 hours and what tour company could do it? I spoke to Capt. Byron and their tour is 3.5 hours so it is too long. It is 1:30 - 4:00pm. I would be too nervous getting back at 4:00 because we would still need to get back to the ship then get ready. Our perfect timeframe is from 1:00pm - 3:30pm max, 3:00pm would make us more at ease with getting tendered back to the boat. Let us know.

These should be mostly Soto's cruise from Nov 11. The water that day was rougher than normal, I would say...
