Looking for a private or small-group tour overnight Casablanca to Agadir

Anyone know of a way to do this on our own? The ship is charging $500 each- eek!

We did the same trip as you this past March. We confirmed many times from NCL that it was not possible to do a private overnight tour (because you are not overnight in port, but disembarking in one and embarking in another). We were willing to pay any price, for us it was a matter of doing our own itinerary - and even tried to get a private tour booked thru NCL, to no avail. We finally relented and did the group tour. It was fun and we saw quite a bit, but next time we visit Marrakech will be on our own so that we are not restricted to the group itinerary and can see and do the things WE want. Even so, a great tour (as far as group tours go) and worth the money. Our guide was great and his assistants were fantastic. Not much time to explore on our own, but we managed to get out late at night, and a few minutes here and there. Be prepared for long bus rides - it is quite a distance both ways.

We tried, unsuccessfully, to do this as well in January 09. Found out it was not possible. Ended up with two separate private day tours, but no overnight. We saved our overnight private tour for Cairo from the port of Alexandria.
