I am sooooooo sorry to be responding back so late to your question. I haven't been on the board in the past month and just saw your question now.

 

No, they didn't have a live band or island music on Fins and Flippers. Well except for the people in the lounge chairs next to us, who brought their own. ;)

 

Personally, I think having some kind of music would be a great addition and maybe they have added that now, but at the time we were there it was very quiet.
