Spec. Restaurants on Serenade

If there is only 2 people making a reservation at Chops or Portifino, can it be done same day? Just wondering if we should book in advance...I would rather wait and see how we feel.

I would make a reservation if you really want to eat there, you can do it after boarding, we seen some people turned away as there were no places left, but some days it was only half full, its a chance you take.

On many occassions you will see the Speciality restaurants "half full" and they will still not take extra tables. The reason for this is to ensure a better standard of service, they pace the bookings throughout the evening to ensure that the kitchen and service team are not overloaded at any time. I would advise advance booking to ensure you get a table on the night you want.

Table for 2 or 4 should usually be easy to get even the same day. But if your heart is set on dining at Chop's or Portofino I'd suggest a booking at least a day before.
