anyone else had problems with Princess air?

We looked into it for our cruise out of CPH last summer. Would have been about 1200 more, and we would have an over night in Copenhagen (we did anyway) but would not have been able to choose the hotel that we wanted to stay at.

In the end, we booked ourselves, saved money, picked our own hotel, and made it to the ship on our time schedule.

we NEVER use the cruisline for air since our first cruise when i learned they send us the most convenient (economical) route for them. not us. that was years ago and we were routed via chicago to get to puerto rico when there were numerous direct flights from our hometown. also hada lengthy layover in chicago and flight oversold so were concerned we would be bumped.

 

now we just do our own it may cost more

 

i dont know and frankly dont care.

 

but we go the way we want when we want

We have only used Princess air two maybe three time with some kind of problem every time. The last time 8 or 9 yrs ago Denver to Seattle to Vancouver they didn't allow enough time between flights in Seattle and we missed the Vancouver connection. We got their but with absolutely no help from Princess. We stopped.
