Difference P1 and P3

Hi Can anyone tell me if there is any difference between the P1 and P3 suites other than the diffence of the locations??? Also would any one be familiar with P1-10059

Apart from location, one advantage of a P1 over a P3 is that you may have a slighter better chance of being upgraded to QG in a P1. I am not familiar with 10059, but have been in a cabin in a similar position and found it to be convenient for the lifts, without there being too much noise from the people getting off the lifts.
