Midnight Buffet??? Paradise

A little confused. Have read that Carnival still has a Midnight Buffet...and have read that they don't have a Midnight Buffet, but the Lido Paris Restaurant is open 24 hours a day for Pizzan and Ice Cream.

 

So what is it. I have been on a number of cruises and the Midnight Buffet was always fun and it give us an excuse to eat all night long. ;-)

There is no more "midnight GALA buffet"... pizza and ice cream/coffee is available 24/7 as is room service. The huge over the top buffet with ice carvings/chocolate/carved watermelons/etc is been gone for several years.

They do have a Mexican Buffet on one of the nights at around 11:30 pm on the Paradise.

 

No more gala buffets!:(

It's little more than a table set up with taco fixins...

Oh well....if we are still hungry for "tacos" and aren't dancing the night away we'll go top side.

They had other stuff besides taco's. It's definately not a large spread but they do have a few mexican items besides just tacos.

Those Gala Buffets were pretty good.

 

Problem was most people just took pictures, very few people ate the food. Carnival ended up throwing away so much the decision was made to do away with it.
