Anyone taken this excursion in Halifax?

Has anyone done this excursion, Essential Halifax Tour-Express pass? I am just trying to find out if this is a hop on hop off or does the bus limit the stops to what Princess is listing as the highlights? I think I misread the description. I thought it said 16 stops. I'm expecting it to be like the Old Town Trolley tours. I hope someone has experienced this tour. Thanks!:confused:

When I was in Halifax I did the horse drawn carriage tour and not this one. The one thing I remember about Halifax are there are several tour companies near the ship which offers tours at a fraction on the ship excursion prices. Halifax is a great place. Definately go to the fort at noon when they change the guard and shoot the cannon.
