Capt. & Teach Posted August 2, 2009 #1 Share Posted August 2, 2009 We have some early private tours booked and we have heard that full suite passengers may disembark at their pleasure, even before scheduled Princess tour groups. Is this true? We read that in Russia they would not let non Princess tour passengers off until the tour groups had disembarked. Therefore, many private tour groups missed their departure times. Capt & Teach Full suite passengers have priority for tendering, but not sure how that is handled if docked. I was under the impression it is only at tender ports.

Not sure where you read that but that wasn't true on our Baltic cruise last year. We walked off when we wanted to and there were Russian Immigration booths marked for Princess tours and others. They're set up to handle both Princess and independent passengers at the same time. We actually went through the Princess tours one because there were fewer people there. No one stopped or questioned us.
