Question on luggage storage at the Brooklyn cruise terminal

Hi there, I am new to the board and I was wondering where I can stored my luggages. My husband and I will be on a New England/Canada cruise the end of Aug and will return early in the morning at the Brooklyn cruise terminal at the end of our cruise. We are not flying out until the evening. We would like to spend a little more time in New York since our flight is in the evening. Does anyone know where I can stored my luggages? Any suggestions or ideas?

Here's a possibility in Manhattan - http://www.schwartztravel.com/. Others have tipped bellmen at NY hotels to leave their luggage for a while.
