Cabin Robes

I would like a robe (and fruit :)) but cannot find that option in our cruise personalizer. Only options for medical, dietary or special occassions. Is this because we are first time cruisers in a regular balcony cabin?

Just ask your steward for robes and if fruit isn't already there, ask for the fruit card.
