That thread only said you can se it during the day. Does anyone else know what if any perks are there? Knoshes, discounted drinks etc

It is the bar next to Cagney's which is open for suite guests but thats all I know about it.

The Star Bar is on Deck 13, and you will pass through it on your way to breakfast and/or lunch at Cagney's (if you are a suite passenger). The bar is accessible as a meeting place, or somewhere to read a book quietly, only to suite pax until 4 p.m., at which time the "bar" in the "Bar" opens for business to anyone. It is a rather small, unassuming little place - though there is a baby grand - which looks out on Deck 13's starboard promenade and forward to the pool area below.
