After Athens tour 4 hours-shops at port-what do you suggest?

Docked in Athens for the day in September and will have 4 hour tour of city & Acropolis. We have the choice to either exit the tour at Constitution Square or return to the port. What suggestions do you have to fill the rest of the day and is Constitution Square worth stopping at and if so, any suggestions for lunch? We'll just have a few hours in afternoon to fill before heading back to the ship.

Most people go to Syntagma (aka Constitution) Square to see the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. And it's a short walk or Metro ride to other places like the Placa, Monastiraki, National Archeological Museum, etc. I recommend you do a search for "Athens" or "Piraeus" and you will find many threads with ideas for Athens. Then once you've narrowed your interests, post back here with more specific questions.
