Only assigned dining (early and late seating) are offered. Although there is usually some sort of alternate dining in the buffet area in the evening. All the smaller ships offer both Sterlings Steakhouse and Sabatinis, although they alternate what nights each is open, they are never open at the same time. If you enjoy small ship cruising, you will enjoy these ships. If you prefer the larger ships with multiple pools and lots to do every single minute, you might be disappointed in what they have to offer. Just keep in mind that some of these itinearys are really great that the small ships offer.
