YVR to Canada Place - Is the new Skytrain operating?

We're on a 2 day coastal on September 14th and need to get from the airport to the pier.

 

Is the new Skytrain operating? If so, where is the airport stop located? Also, what is the fare?

Yes the Canada Line is up and operating. You will board it on the top level of the YVR parkade, there are lots of signs directing you to it. You take it to the Waterfront Station which is the end of the line and you will be about 100 paces east of Canada Place. Your fare right now is $3.75 pp which you can pay by credit card and the travel time is about 25 mins.

I see that I can buy a Day Pass in the Domestic Terminal on level 1.

Is there not a place to buy this in the International Terminal?

You can buy day passes at the ticket machines on the platform now.
