okay - just as I was hitting back - I noticed that OP's name is friend2dogs -

in our last smoking rant, it became clear that all the smokers also had dogs.

Yes....Smoking of cigars is allowed on balconies and on the outside starboard side of the ships.....;)

I smoke, have 2 cats, a balcony and will be smoking on it with friends. I also would love for smoking to be allowed in the MDR ;) Can you still smoke at the piano bar??
