Which port for kayaking? - Costa Maya, Belize, Cozumel or Grand Cayman

We will be on Carnival Valor the first week of November and would like to kayak in one of our ports. We have only been kayking a couple of times, so we are by no means expert. We usually book independent tours and have found our way to many vendor location meet up spots, but prefer to be met at, or close to, port. Would be great if snorkeling could be incorporated. I’d appreciate any suggestions and tour operators you used. Thanks!!

We are excited to be going on our first cruise on the Valor on November 1, 2009. We both have kayaks at home and would love to try it on the trip.

We're also open to meeting for a drink to hear your tips for the newbies.
