Swim with the Dolphins

We are sailing on the Valor in March 2010, Western Caribbean. We want to do an excursion and swim with the dolphins. What I have read is that the minimum age is 5. My daughter will be 2 months shy of 5 when we cruise. Does anyone know how strict they are or what island would be best for this excursion? We are going to GC, Belize, Roatan and Cozumel.

I do not know if it is the same as what the ship offers but it should give you an idea about what they do and the price.

I think you can get a live operator on dolphindiscovery.com. They also have an 800 number. We just did that in GC & loved it. If you are able, do the swim, not just the encounter. It is a blast. Just so you know, they take their own dvd & photos & will take you into a viewing room after your swim. A package with 6 photos & the dvd is $90. They don't want you taking cameras into the water with you. However, if someone were not participating & wanted to shoot from the patio area, they could do that.

5 i think is if you swim with them but if you do the dolphin encounter i saw alot of young children doing it.
