Hammerheads at Snorkel Park?

It's been a couple years since we've been to Bermuda, but last time we were there, there was NOT seating at the Hammerheads bar. Previously, there had been. If you've visited this year, is there or is there not any stools at the bar at Hammerheads? Also, last time we were there, there was live music during the day. Is that the case this year?
