I can't help with a link (lack of computer skills) but it is on the last page of the 2017 Alaska Land+Sea Journey, page 8 "Gratuities During Your Land+Sea Journey"....also listed as Alaska Land+Sea Journeys Tips.

Driver Guides US$1.00 per guest for transfers

$5.00 per guest per full day

Housekeeping: US$2.00 per room per night

Food Service 15-20% of pretax bill

Land+Sea Journey Hosts US$4.00-$6.00 per guest per day

Rail Guides US$2.00-4.00 per guest

Optional Excursion Guides US$2.00-$5.00, depending on length of tour

We are on a Yukon Land and Sea and will have the same journey host with us throughout the land tour. HAL may not use journey hosts for the Alaska only land tours anymore.
