Queen Mary2 obstructed view deck 8

Hello.Sorry chaps need some help please.My lap top has cease operation.It had information on it,with I am fairly sure pictures.We are comparing prices of shelterd balconies with obstructed on deck 8.I think some of the ones on 8 are less obstructed than others,am I right.There is a fair difference in the fare.

There are some deck 8 balconies that are not obstructed [the first few by the bow; the last few by the stern] others will have smaller boats [not tenders or lifeboats]
