MSC Seaside construction officially began on April 21st 2016 but her block construction began earlier than that. There is a sticky thread here:

Nice Deliver!!!! We're sailing a B2B in the YC in April 2018 so I'll have tons of pics and videos for you to watch before you sail!!:D

We will be on the first 6 days of the MSC Seaside on 30th of November 2017. Will make sure we make a lot of pictures and vids.
