Is the Personalizer Down?

I have been trying to get on my Personaliser for the last two days without success. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?:(

Have you been on it before? I was trying to log on for the first time after my booking, and could not get on. Although it was booked by me Richard, I found out on CC, that it is often the first christian name, tried my wife's name Betty and DOB, and presto I was in!

Thanks. After logging off and trying again with my own first name I was able to get into my Personaliser.
