Are the perks part of an upgrade?

If we book a Bella cabin and are upgraded to a Fantastica, do we also get the Fantastica perks?

No you don't. Only the cabin is an upgrade not the experience

IMO, for the difference in price, you're so much better to upgrade to the experience than take an upgrade from MSC. The difference in price pays for the better perks...

This is a second cabin for our oldest 2 - we did book Fantastica for our cabin but it wasn't offered for theirs. Not a big deal, the only perk they would have used is the 12 free drinks, I just appreciate the room upgrade!
