Boarding Silver Spirit and Lunch

Planning on Boarding the Silver Spirit in Rome (well the port) at 1:00 pm. Wondering what time lunch is served in the main dining room on embarkation day?

When we boarded Spirit in January the time for lunch on embarkation day was:

Noon with the last seating at 1:30 PM at The Restaurant

Noon with last seating at 3:30 PM at La Terrazzo (buffet lunch)

Pool Bar & The Grill Noon with last seating at 3:30 PM.

It is soooooo comforting to have lunch in the MDR on embarkation day especially if you have flown in direct. Crystal offers this privilege as well as Silversea. It leaves a great first impression.

Thank you Keith for the information on the Restaurant lunch times on embarkation day. I just changed the Hotel pickup time to 11:00 am so that I will not miss lunch. Not a fan of Buffets.

Speaking of Lunch Todd, for a change of pace (and at no surcharge) y'all might want to try Seishin for lunch at least once during your cruise. Very quiet and we enjoy the Sushi and intuitive service.

I just don't like Sushi. Looking forward to an in incredible experience on Silver Spirit. I am having a problem getting in to Le Champagne - apparently it is already filled up.

Todd, when y'all board after going through security and getting your suite card..head up to La Terraza or The Restaurant and speak to the Maitre'D (before having a relaxing lunch) asking him/her to put you on the wait list for the evening you prefer to dine in Le Champagne.
