Legend barbeque ?

The barbeque on the last night (Prickly Pear), is it for lunch or dinner?

Will I need dress clothes for that last night?

I haven't been on that Wind Star cruise but on the other Caribbean Wind Star cruises I've been on the beach bbq is a lunch thing. You need a "bathing suit to enjoy the beach day" clothes. ;)

The bbq for prickly pear is for lunch. There will be an onboard bbq one night during your voyage. The onboard bbq is ultra casual, even shorts and flip flops are allowed. You will never need dress clothes on a Windstar cruise. County Club Casual is as fancy as it gets.
