Hey Folks,

Long time lurker, first time writer. That's how it goes, right?

I have an allergy to HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) and was curious what frozen drink mixes NCL uses. I know "Island Oasis" is popular, but i just want to check before we go on the ship.

Thanks in advance!:D

A corn allergy is VERY inconvenient. Corn starch and corn syrup have invaded way too much of our food supply. That said, there is a very easy way to avoid dying after consuming a frozen drink from an unknown source.

Seriously, it's a VERY EASY technique.

Well if they do use Island Oasis as stated you should be Okay.

I just grabbed these from their web site.

"This gluten-free, all-natural Island Oasis Strawberry Mix contains no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, or trans fats. Kosher certified.

This gluten-free, all-natural Island Oasis frozen Margarita Mix contains no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, or trans fats. Kosher certified. "

Pleasantly surprised by this. The pina colada mix as well - only uses sugar.
