Most tour operators in St. Petersburg get the vote of those who use them which leads me to believe that they are all pretty good.

It is a market economy and therefore reputations are at stake.

Like London Towner I chose Alla Tours who frankly were pretty marvellous and apart from taking us to the more famous sites also, at no extra cost, fitted in a number of additions that I particularly wanted to see...
