QM2 configuration and stateroom 8109

Hello Cunarders,

I am very new to this site, thank you for all of the great discussion and information. My husband and I are moving via QM2 with our pup in November. We are booked into an obstructed balcony, 8109, but there is only a picture of 8110 on the website. When I look closely at the deck plans, it looks like the life boats/tenders aren't symmetrical, and that we'd have an even better view in 8109 than 8110.

Does anyone know if the renderings hold true to this point?

This old thread suggests that 8109 isn't too obstructed so maybe the deckplans are accurate.

Thank you for the welcome and reply, yes, I had seen that post, so am feeling hopeful. I just wasn't sure if anyone here would know for sure! :)

I've stayed in 8013 and 8014, which according to the deck plan also seem to have a slightly different lifeboat location. But in reality there was negligible difference.
