PurpleTraveller Posted August 9, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 9, 2017 We will be in Puerto Madryn, Chile on a cruise in February 2018. We are not interested in an excursion to Punta Tombo, Peninsula Valdes or the Welsh towns. Has anyone hired bikes and ridden around Puerto Madryn or out to Punta Loma? Was it easy to find bikes to hire, how long did it take to ride to Punta Loma and how was the ride? Thanks in advance for your thoughts and advice. Wayfairers Posted August 19, 2017 #2 Share Posted August 19, 2017 Interesting idea of something different to....but I did a little research and found it is a dirt/sandy road with challenging hills. This report gives great information if you haven't found it yet. http://www.thetravelchica.com/2011/12/puerto-madryn-argentina-sea-lions-punta-loma/ Sent from my iPad using Forums
