Wondering where Quest will be docking in 2017 in Venice? We embark on the May 13th sailing.

I have read that due to her size, she is one of the few ships that will still be allowed to use the Grand Canal.

Last few years and this year they have fortunately used the San Basilio dock which is on the Guidecca Canal. No cruise ship fits up the Grand Canal. It is the Guidecca Canal, a fantastic busy waterway with lots to see and sail in and out really is the highlight of any cruise, passing all the major sights. There is a video on You tube showing Azamara Quest taken from near St Marks. Enjoy!

Azamara usually announce if they are using this dock as it is a good selling point for them.

We docked at the main terminal in 2016. We were scheduled for San Basilio but changed. Our recent cruise on the Oceania Insignia which is the same size also docked at the main terminal. I saw Windstar and a private yacht docked at San Basilio.
