Grandeur - Grand Suite 11/29/15

I would like to know if there is a special lunch for Suite guests on Labadee. When we sailed Explorer in a suite the lunch given was very nice - any other info regarding suite benefits on Grandeur would be appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, you will have access to the upgraded lunch buffet at Barefoot Beach.

Bob - do you know if Grandeur does a Suite dinner like the did on Explorer. Dinner was held in the Windjammer.

No, sorry, I don't know if Grandeur does that.

We were lucky enough to enjoy that on Explorer. Only time I've had lobster tail in WJ.:)

It was pretty special and well done. I was told by a few friends that it all depends on the Hotel Director on board at the time. Enjoyed the experience twice on Explorer - Thank you again.

Another Joyce here, sailing in a GS for the first time ever this February out of Baltimore to the W. Caribbean. I am interested in all I can learn about the suite experience. At our ages, never know when this might happen again. Thanks for posting the questions.

We just got back from sailing on the Grandeur in GS 8512, 9 December 15. On Labadee we received the upgraded buffet on Barefoot Beach. We did have a cocktail party with ship's officers, but no special suite lunch. The Grandeur is a great ship with an outstanding crew.
