Seaside booking through TA

We're new to MSC and are booked on the Seaside in 2018. My reservation doesn't show up on their website? Is this normal?

no it's not normal. You should be able to go to your reservation online. but because this ship is not exist yet and its a long time before you register pre -cruise maybe they did not fix it yet.

My Seaside reservation is showing up but I did book directly with MSC. I have filled out my precruise documents as well.

I've had nothing but issues with their website. Even when I was booked directly the first time. Odd....

No it's not normal, give your ta or msc a call.
