Oosterdam new deck 10 cabins

Our friends stayed in one from May 12 to 24. Although the decor was lovely, to me it seemed a bit small/tight. There was minimum space between the bed and the wall. Coming into the room was awkward, having to walk around the bed in that narrow path.

The balcony was very small, having just one little chair and table. When they asked for another chair, they were told it was not possible.

They finally got a safe installed. When they called the front desk about the missing, the front desk told them to look again. It had to be there. It was suggested that they use the safes at the front desk, not very convenient when one is on the tenth floor. Apparently they were the first ones to stay in the room.

Just as an aside... our friends received puzzling looks when asked for their room number. They often had to repeat it several times. It was a 5 digit number. We did not have to add an extra number when we phoned them.

Hope this helps a bit. Hopefully others will report their experiences.
