Encore and Odyssey in Monte Carlo

The Encore is at anchor and the Odyssey is docked.

A good photo. Encore is just there for the day, mid-cruise. Odyssey is, I imagine, docked for the duration of the Formula 1 racing, probably for use by Ferrari as has been a Seabourn ship for the past many years. No doubt lots of schmoozing with business people and celebs. The staff have told me in previous years that although it is jolly hard work they do enjoy it - at least those who are interested in Formula 1.

Some guests on Encore may not be too thrilled that today is practice 1 and 2 day, unless they too are interested, as it certainly ties up the town.

Yes he is, shame he retired. He just needs to be driving for a good team. I think he had the attitude, I've been there done that, and I'll never be back there so why risk your life. I like his interviews, nice person.

But .... I do hope Daniel R has better luck this time.

Me too, ab. Another of the 'nice guys'; his smile lights up the screen! Maybe more luck on the tricky Monaco circuit.
