Seafood night in Windjammer Cafe

Hi all, does anyone know if all ships have seafood night on the last evening on the cruise in the Windjammer? I had read that before I went on Liberty in February and indeed they had lots of seafood the last night. Going on a 4 day on Enchantment and was wondering if that will be the case on this one. Thanks for replies!

I've never seen much "seafood" at all on ship......yeah...they have several different fish courses...shrimp, lobster tail on longer cruises...but that's about it.
