not bad prices

Just looked at Costa cruises as a solo cruiser i am finding their prices quite good

is this means they are hungry for business? since that one incident with loss of one ship before? not the cruiselines fault of course?

Sole supp on the Costa Magica Italy to Guadeloupe 15 night repo in November is only between 30 to 40%.

I think it's mostly the European economy, plus American cruise lines are increasing competition in Europe for American travelers. Repositionings are always fairly cheap, I did Mediterranea back to Europe this spring, will do Deliziosa next spring. Remember to add in on-board costs, but the prices are still pretty good even when you do.

Don't but a cruise just on price. You don't say where you're from. If it's Toronto, you'll feel right at home on Costa, maybe not from somewhere else.
